TCP128 Vertical Wet Tissue Packing Machine is widely applied to pack four-side sealing packages, such as wet wipes packing, tissue paper packing, disposable napkin packing, and sterile gauze packing etc.

It incorporates a cross deviation correction device with two degrees of freedom and intelligent longitudinal photoelectric trademark positioning system. It can automatic finish the whole  process including folding, cutting and filling of tissue, bag making, liquid-dripping, printing of produce date, preset counting and finish bags output. The finished bags are four sides sealing.

Production process:   

We make design of the machine according to the world advanced paper and nonwoven packaging machinery technology, and It is suitable for three-side sealing of wet wipes, alcohol swab, and pad, disinfect cloth, ect.
Features:

1. Triangle vertical pouch forming, photo electricity correction, no blank edge and fault forming
2. Could fold in different types, max 8 folding vertical, and 4 folding horizontal, and fold freely by unfold nonwoven width, length
3. Adopts Japan imported spray pump, make it accurate adding with tolerance of 0.01ml/time.
4. Double times sealing better to ensure the liquid adding volume and avoid leaking.
5 .Double pouch packing in one time makes faster packing, folding and packing in good shape.
6. Automatic process include paper feeding, folding, liquid adding, batch coding, creasing and cutting easy-open, make sure to avoid second pollute.
7. Adopts PLC control system with touch screen panel, could adjust the packing temperature and speed according to the packing material, product's thickness and length.
8. The full machine is covered with Stainless steel in good appearance, also easy to clear and durable.
